DiumStream

The DiumStream mod marks my debut in Minecraft modding using the MCreator software. It adds a Didier entity, a Hoverboard, and a Mangeoire system with custom AI, hunger mechanics, and interactive gameplay.

# DiumStream Mod

My very first Minecraft mod, created with MCreator!

## ✨ Features

– 🐉 **Didier Entity** – An intelligent mob with a hunger system, memory, healing mechanics, and AI that follows players holding Obsidian.
– 🪣 **Feeder** – A food storage block for your Didier, with 4 fill states (`empty`, `half`, `mostly_full`, `full`). Fill and empty it with Obsidian. **Must be empty to be broken!**
– 🗿 **Waystones** – A complete teleportation network system with a graphical menu (list, renaming, deletion, and 3-second cooldown).
– 🏗️ **Elevator** – Vertical teleportation between aligned blocks (Space to go up, Shift to go down) with a configurable max distance and HUD overlay.
– 🌐 **Multilingual Support** – Fully translated in French and English (all overlays and menus).
– 🛠️ **Crafting Recipes** – Custom survival-friendly recipes for Feeder, Waystone, and Elevator blocks.
– 🖥️ **Integrated HUD Overlays** – Permanent and temporary messages for all systems (Elevator, Waystone, Didier) with automatic stacking and no overlap.
– 🔗 **Multiplayer Ready** – All logic is server-side with network synchronization and persistent data saving.

## 📖 How to Use

1. **Didier** – Use the Didier Item on the ground to spawn the entity. Hold Obsidian to make it follow you, and right-click it with Obsidian to heal it.
2. **Feeder** – Right-click with Obsidian to fill it. Right-click with an empty hand to empty it and retrieve the Obsidian. **The Feeder can only be broken (mined) when it is completely empty.**
3. **Waystones** – Place Waystones, then right-click to open the menu. Register, rename, and teleport between them. A 3-second cooldown applies between teleports.
4. **Elevator** – Place Elevator blocks aligned vertically (same X/Z). Press **Space** to go up, **Shift** to go down. Requires 2 blocks of air above the destination.
5. **Crafting** – Check the recipe book for Feeder, Waystone, and Elevator recipes.
6. **Overlays** – All HUD messages appear automatically when interacting with any system.

## 📝 Important Notes

– The **Waystones** and **Elevator** systems are in active development – please report any bugs you encounter!
– **Known issue:** The Waystones block has a visual model that appears taller than 1 block, but its **hitbox is a standard 1×1×1 cube**. To break or interact with it, aim at the **bottom/base area** of the block.
– The **Hoverboard** has been removed in version 0.0.4 and is no longer available.
