Departure Stock Keeper Tooltip Fix

Departure Stock Keeper Tooltip Fix prevents certain items from disappearing from Create’s Stock Keeper order bar after you select them.

What it fixes

Apotheosis can generate attribute IDs when an equipment tooltip is displayed. When that changes the item data in Create’s stock display, the selected item can stop matching the stored item and vanish from the order. This addon builds Stock Keeper tooltips from temporary item copies so the original stock and order data stays intact.

Installation and compatibility

• Client only: install on each affected player’s client and restart Minecraft.
• Minecraft 1.20.1, Forge 47, and Create 6.0.8 are required.
• Tested with Apotheosis 7.4.8, including affixed armor. Apotheosis is optional; the tooltip protection does not depend on it.
• No server installation or configuration is needed.
• Works outside the DepartureCC modpack with the supported versions.

Item stats, affixes, enchantments, durability, and exact item matching are preserved. This addon does not grant items or rewrite stored inventories. It only changes the Stock Keeper’s normal and recipe tooltip paths. Other stock desynchronization issues may have different causes.

Verification

The item-data mismatch was reproduced using the installed Create and Apotheosis versions. Regression checks verified that tooltip generation preserves stock matching while distinct affix rolls, durability, and names remain distinct. The affected player also confirmed that the addon fixed the problem in-game.

Credits and support

Create and Apotheosis remain the work of their respective authors. This is an independent compatibility addon, not an official release from either team. No original mod code or game textures are bundled. Licensed under MIT.
