See what pokemons can evolve at a glance!

To use this mod, you need to open cobblemon PC and hold shift.

It will display a green icon on pokemons that can evolve, and a tooltip explaining how.

The tooltip previews the evolution target only if that species has been encountered in the Pokédex, to avoid spoilers!

This mod is compatible with chiselmon which also adds a shift tooltip, by adding the info into chiselmon’s tooltip if it is installed.
