DaoCraft: Way of Immortality Walk the path of a cultivator. Awaken a spiritual root, draw in the qi of heaven and earth, break through realm after realm, survive the heavenly tribulation, and ascend to the Immortal Realm, a world of floating isles above a sea of clouds.

Techniques Learn arts from manuals found in ruins, dropped by rogue cultivators or taught by sects. Slot them, cast them, and master them through use:

Qi bolts, flame lotuses, frost needles and sword qi crescents A giant palm that slams down where you look, and the Nine Suns crashing around you Ten Thousand Swords Rain: a sword array opens in the sky and flying swords pour down on your foes Nine Heavens Thunder Descent, Starfall meteors, the Nine Winds Prison vortex and the Heavenly River torrent Barriers, healing, wind-treading dashes and cultivation methods that speed your meditation Each technique has its own visuals. Damage scales with your realm, your mastery and how well the technique suits your root.

Crafts of the cultivator Alchemy: refine pills in the Pill Furnace and keep the heat in the band. Purity decides the grade, too much heat makes the furnace explode, and too many pills poison the body. Forging: hammer artifacts at the Spirit Forge with a timing minigame. Better strikes mean better swords, pickaxes and spirit fans that wave out crescents of wind qi. Formations: inscribe a diagram into a formation core, set the flags and feed it spirit stones. Gathering, nurturing, warding, mist, thunder-killing and world-bridging arrays. Sword flight: from Foundation Establishment, ride your sword through the sky. The world Spirit beasts with ranks and cores: Beat one down and bind it with a contract talisman. It fights beside you, grows on beast cores, and some can be ridden; the crane flies. Rogue cultivators, hopping Jiangshi that hunt by breath, and the Demonic Elder, a boss called at a demonic altar. Sects: Join one, take missions, climb the ranks, learn from the library and buy from the treasury. Your karma decides who will have you. Mortal hamlets: trade with farmers, herbalists and smiths, take the village head’s requests, and protect the villagers from the Jiangshi. Ruins, hermit abodes and herb gardens with loot and qi-rich ground.

The Immortal Realm Reach Immortal Ascension and a pillar of light lifts you to the heavens: floating isles, stone pillar forests and waterfalls over a sea of clouds. Only immortal qi lets you break through to the immortal realms. Fall through the clouds and you are cast down to the mortal world. A Heaven-Bridging Array carries you between the two.
