Cursed Difficulty

The idea for this mod was to add a way to increase difficulty without overhauling the game or having an effect on players whom didn’t want it, making it optional with even optional rewards but make it more vanilla feeling and balanced instead. While the inspiration for this mod was really good for this, it still added a lot more complexity and content to the idea that goes far beyond what would fit well with a vanilla+ modpack or setting. So, I made this mod where upon joining the world for the first time, the game will ask if you want the cursed difficulty or not, giving you a brief small summary of what it is about. Everything in this mod is also configure-able.

The Curses:

• Double damage & Knockback from all sources.
• If set on fire, it will last forever until doused manually.
• All Neutral mobs will be aggro’d against you within a 28 blocks radius with LOS, 4 blocks without.
• You cannot sleep in beds.

The Benefits:

• Triple experience from Mobs.
