More Encased Fan Processing

Adds more processing options for Create’s Encased Fan, with different catalysts and themed results.

Recipes: You can add your own recipes with KubeJS or another recipe-adding method. Default recipes are already included, so you can use the mod right away.

Place the matching catalyst where the Encased Fan’s airflow can reach it, then feed in a valid ingredient to process it.
