Create: Schematicannon Auto Cutting

This mod aims to make building from blueprints far more convenient in Create survival worlds. No more manually crafting hundreds of stacks of various variant materials, or setting up complex stonecutting production lines.

Core Features

When the Schematicannon is printing and lacks the required blocks, it can now automatically find and craft all raw materials that can produce those blocks via stonecutting recipes. For example, if a structure contains 10 Copycat Panels, the cannon will use 3 Zinc Ingots to print them.

A mode toggle button has been added to the Material List interface. When switched to “Conversion Mode,” all stonecutting outputs are reverse-converted into their most commonly used raw materials for display. For example: 5 Stone Brick Slabs will be displayed as 3 Stone. A button for toggling “Material Retrieval Mode” has also been added to the list, allowing you to determine whether right-clicking a Stockpile Switch with the Material List prioritizes pulling the original materials or the converted materials.

Additionally, wooden blocks such as Planks, Wooden Slabs, Wooden Stairs, and Wooden Fences can now be automatically printed using Logs or Planks. (This feature can be toggled in the config.)

The Schematicannon will also automatically apply dyeing recipes without requiring dyes. For example, Blue Terracotta can be printed from Terracotta. (This feature can be toggled in the config.)

Environments

This mod is required on the server side and optional on the client side. If the client does not have this mod installed, the two buttons on the Material List will be absent, and right-clicking a Stockpile Switch to pull materials will only retrieve the converted items. Stability under this usage scenario is not guaranteed.

Compatibility

This mod treats recipes from Rechiseled as stonecutting recipes as well. For example, Framed Iron Blocks can be printed using Iron Blocks.

Additionally, blocks from Yuushya Townscape can be printed directly using Bismuth Crystals and Paint. (This feature can be toggled.)

Please note that generating a material list for extremely large builds may cause approximately 100ms of lag on the server’s main thread.
