_Create: Physical Batteries_ adds a mechanical backup system for overstressed kinetic networks.
Batteries store spare SU by _lifting a block as a weight_. When the network can no longer meet its stress demand, _the weight lowers_ and supplies the missing SU. Different battery tiers (Andesite, Brass, Ultimate Battery) increase stored SU and output rate.
Capacitometers and Galvanomets provide _clear monitoring through the entire network_.
