Create: New Industry is a Create add-on focused on expanding kinetic automation with new industrial processing tools that feel natural inside the Create ecosystem.

The mod introduces the Mechanical Centrifuge, a new basin-based processing machine powered entirely by rotational force. It allows players to separate, refine, and transform materials through centrifugation, opening new automation routes for common resources while keeping the gameplay mechanical, readable, and Create-friendly.

Main Features

• Mechanical Centrifuge

  • A new kinetic processing machine designed to work with the Create Basin.

  • Supports custom centrifugation recipes with multiple outputs and chance-based results.
  • Some recipes can require Blaze Burner heat, including superheated processing.

• Flywheel

  • Stores kinetic energy after being spun by an external Create power source.
  • Can keep connected machinery running for a short time when the main power source stops.
  • Higher stress usage drains stored energy faster.
  • Multiple Flywheels can be connected to increase total kinetic storage.

• Create Integration

  • Designed to visually and mechanically fit with Create.
  • Includes Engineer’s Goggles tooltips.
  • Includes Ponder scenes to explain machine behavior in-game.
  • Includes JEI support for centrifugation recipes.

Example Processing

The Mechanical Centrifuge can process materials such as stone, gravel, sand, and other vanilla resources into useful outputs, including byproducts with percentage chances. Some advanced recipes require heat, making the machine a natural addition to larger Create factories.
