Create more fluid tanks and pipes

adds 5 fluid tank tiers : Brass, sturdy , silver , rose gold and amethyst
Each one has their strengths and weakneses and vary in capacity and heat transferral for boiler and finally max fluid tank size
Brass maxes out at 5×5 and is 1.75x more heatable and has 2x the capacity
Sturdy maxes out at 9×9 and is 1.5x more heatable and has 3x the capacity
Silver maxes out at 7×7 and is 2.25x more heatable and has 1.25x the capacity
Rose gold maxes out at 15×15 and is 0.75x heatable and has 5x the capacity
Amethyst maxes out at 21×21 and is 0.4x heatable and has 8x the capacity

theres also pipes for all of these variants

we’ve also added a more glass wrenchstate for the tanks so you can see easier for the larger tanks
