Create: Central Air

What is Central Air?

Central Air is a small QoL addon for Cold Sweat and Create aimed at solving the problem of “Why is my base so cold/hot?”, Central Air aims at solving that problem through one simple multiblock (plus some piping). # What blocks does it add? The main blocks you’ll need are the Central Unit, Temperature Unit, Aerator, Thermostat, and the Radiator.

Requirements

Create >= 6.0.10
Cold Sweat >= 2.4.3.1
Jade >= 15.10.0 (Optional)

NOTE THAT THIS MOD IS STILL IN DEVELOPMENT, THERE WILL BE BUGS

Central Unit

The Central Unit (CU) is the brains of the whole system. It controls the Temperature Unit (TU) and the Aerator. It uses data from the Thermostat to either heat or cool to the wanted temperature.

Temperature Unit

Provides the heating and cooling to the multiblock (“the unit”). Uses Cooling and Heating Fluid (crafting in a mixer, view recipes in-game using JEI)

Aerator

Takes the temperature provided by the TU and creates Conditioned Air which is used by the Radiator. Has a One Bucket fluid storage. Air slowly heats or cools to room temperature overtime. So use it before its thermal energy runs out

Thermostat

Controls the CU. Right Click to raise the temperature, Shift+Right Click to lower it. Control+Right Click (Can be changed in keybinds) to change mode (HEAT, COOL, OFF). Each network can have multiple thermostats as the CU averages temps from all Thermostats.

Radiator

Actually expels air into the room. When placed it scans an area around the block and if the space is enclosed, it is counted as a valid room (it also rescans when a block is broken or placed in the current room. Doors, Glass, and outside facing blocks leak heat/cold (around 0.005 degrees per tick).
