Create: Better Pumps

I wanted some more variation to Create’s pump. So I added a few variations, the only one that is worse than the original create pump is the Wood Pump. The others all have better range. Keep in mind the range of these pumps is directly correlated to the range of the original specified in Create’s config file. This will probably change in the future! In addition this is my first mod and I am open to constructive feedback to help my coding and modding skills. Thank you!
