AeroShields

AeroShields is a Create: Aeronautics add-on that adds powered Shield Generators for static bases and moving contraptions.

Connect a Shield Generator to a Create rotational network to activate it. When placed normally, it creates an adjustable protective field around itself. When assembled as part of a Create: Aeronautics contraption, the shield automatically adapts to the shape of the craft and protects the hull while it moves.

Note: The Shield Generator’s shaft can only be placed on one of its four side faces. Top and bottom shaft connections are not supported.

Right-clicking the generator opens its controls for ground shield radius, mob access, and projectile access. Players can always pass through the shield.

The mod’s configuration controls global settings such as the generator’s Create stress requirement and the X/Y/Z shield offset around an Aeronautics contraption.

The original idea for an Aeronautics shield mod was inspired by ShieldGrid. AeroShields is an independently created mod with different mechanics, code, and textures.

Create — rotational machinery framework and style inspiration. Create: Aeronautics — moving contraption integration. Sable — required compatibility/physics dependency for Aeronautics contraptions. 

1.4.1 is the final realse for this mod it is complete
