Everything CoolCatLib offers now ships in a single file: from version 5 on Minecraft 26.1 – 26.1.2, 2100.3.0.0 on 1.21.1 and 2001.3.0.0 on 1.20.1.

Write it once, run it everywhere. CoolCatLib is the purr-fect foundation for multi-loader mods: write your mod once in common code, and it runs on Fabric, NeoForge and Forge.

📦 Players: this is a library. It adds nothing by itself; install it when another mod asks for it.

🐾 One codebase, every loader

Set your mod up once, then register content, listen to events and send packets from common code. There are no per-loader classes to keep in step and no packet codecs to write: a record is the whole payload.

⚙️ Configs as code

Declare a setting once, with its default, range and comment. CoolCatLib takes care of the file, validation, live reloading, syncing server settings to players, and the commands to change them.

🎨 Visuals built in

Screen effects, custom skies, world effects and cutscenes, each a call or two away and controllable from the server, plus the widgets for polished screens.
