Adds a new /chorus command to the game that randomly teleports entities like a chorus fruit.
Command Examples:
/choruschorus fruit teleports the player who used the command/chorus @achorus fruit teleports all players/chorus Steve 0.550% chance to chorus fruit teleport Steve
This command requires a permission level of 2 (Operator)
