Brutal Mutants

Adds multiple config options:

-universal mutant life and damage multiplier (individual too)
-universal weapon damage multiplier
-speed multiplier

And I haven’t tested it yet but also a better ai that makes them harder to avoid but I don’t wanna talk too much because I haven’t tested it enough.

-when you pillar and shoot them, they jump just to where are you, break blocks and hit you so you won’t cheese them.
-when they target someone but you hit them 3 times, they change target to you.

as you see, they are not easy to cheese.

BY DEFAULT THEY HAVE X10 HEALTH, X1.25 DAMAGE AND X1.25 SPEED, IF YOU AREN’T PLAYING WITH ORESPAWN OR OTHER OP MODS, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO LOWER THOSE VALUES.
