Bring Removed Recipes Back

THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS

The entire point of this mod is to bring back all of the recipes that Mojang has added to Minecraft back to the game.

Eventually I will add functionality to the Nether Reactor Core. Here’s a link to the Trello board with all of the features I want to add for the final release.
