Vanilla kelp now acts as a quick underwater breathing source.
- Eating kelp grants 5 seconds of Water Breathing
- Effect stacks with each kelp eaten
- Maximum duration caps at 4 minutes
- Kelp can be eaten even when full hunger
- Uses vanilla kelp only (no new items)
Perfect for short dives, cave exploration, and early-game underwater survival without relying on potions.
