Breaking Enchantment

This mod adds a new enchantment: Breaking.

Version: NeoForge 1.21.8

In the creative tab, there will be 2 breaking books; _use the one that does not say “Breaking Error 67”_ _(it is an unexpected error)_

_What does it do?_

_- The new breaking enchant will make tools and armor break faster (depending on the enchantment level)._

NOTE: Breaking can’t coexist with unbreaking at the same time.

Please tell me if there’s a bug.
