ABOUT

Bodycore is a mod that transforms minecraft survival by adding mechanics that interact with each other, increasing the game’s difficulty:

– stamina

 – bleeding

– hydration

– temperature

KEY FEATURES

-Bleeding:

• if you get hurt you´ll bleed, progressive bleeding; bleeding I -> bleeding II -> bleeding III
• bleeding reduces health over time if not treated
• bandages or healing stop the bleeding

-Hydration:

• hydration decreases over time
• if it drops around 3, the player becomes dehydrated
• drink purified water to restore hydration and prevent dehydration effects

-Temperature:

• your temperature changes depending on the environment
• being near lava, fire, campfires, torchs, hot biomes, or under sunlight increases your temperature
• being in cold biomes, in water, or in the rain decreases your temperature
• Survival bases can neutralize the effects of temperature (cold biomes and hot biomes)
• nether rapidly increases temperature

-Stamina:

• running or jumping decreases your stamina
• if your stamina reaches 0, you cannot sprint,  jump, move slower and applies weakness effect
• to recover staminaa, sty indle or walk

-Armor effects:

• helmets neutralize the effects of rain and sunlight
• leather chestplate nuetralize the effects of water and cold biomes
• diamond or netherite chestplate and diamond or netherite leggings neutralize the effects of hot biomes, fire, torches, and campfire
• netherite chestplate or leggings can neutralize the effects of lava

-Items:

• purified water: can decrease your temperature and keep you hydrated
• bandages: can remove bleeding levels

-effects:

• dehydration: set stamina to 0
• heat: occurs at 39°C or highger. Reduces hydration faster
• cold: occurs at 34°C or lower. reduces movement speed
• hypothermia: occurs at 31°C or lower. Starts freezing you and can be fatal
• hyperthermia: occurs at 41°C or higher. Starts burning you and can be fatal

-HUD

displays your current status of stamina, hydration , temperature and bleeding levels
