BlueHex’s Housing Mod

This mod adds an item that lets you summon a Trader in a room.  The room must be solid wood (wooden doors count) and rectangular in shape, and it must have a bed, a torch, a crafting table, and a chest.  The recipe for the item is as follows:
Stick, Stick, Stick
Sign, Sign, Stick
Sign, Sign, Stick

The Housing Sign item must be placed inside the room.  A standard village house with outcroppings or extensions will not work.  Right now the sign only recognizes rectangular housing.  Please see images for reference to what’s considered a rectangular room.
