BLR’s flag system is a mod made for most SMP servers. I’ve seen on a few servers flags prefix for players, but after a few researches, nobody made a public mod for that.
So I decided to make one. The usage is pretty simple : do /flags, you select your country, and a flag appear as a prefix on your username!
However to make it work, it is really important to install this texture pack : https://www.lucieblr.com/textures-pack/BLRs%20flag%20system.zip
For minecraft servers, you can put it into the server.properties at the line “texture-pack=”
You’re free to make your own flag textures, as long as you don’t touch the default.json file on the texture pack.

BLR’s flag system 怎么安装？
先用 PCL2 或 HMCL 启动器安装对应版本的 Forge，再把下载的 .jar 文件放进游戏目录的 mods 文件夹，重新启动游戏即可。开启了版本隔离的，mods 文件夹在 versions/版本名 下面。
