Push your limits with the Combat Sacrifice mod, where strategic decision-making meets intense combat. Sacrifice your own health points to unlock powerful temporary buffs that can turn the tide of battle — but every choice comes with consequences.

How It Works:
Press B to open the buff menu and choose from 10 unique combat effects to match your playstyle. Amplified damage, enhanced speed, reinforced armor, poison attacks, damage absorption — each buff comes with a trade: your spent hearts won’t regenerate until 10 minutes after the effect expires.
