BetterOSC is a free and open source (MIT liscence) mod. This mean you can check the source code here on GitHub

The mod is compatible and implements two others of my mods : CraftByCommand (loads custom and editable recipes) and ItemTanks (integrated in CraftByCommands, to store all the ingredients).

Installing those mods is strongly recommended, except the case where you want only admins to get orbitals.

 has conventional tnt payloads, but also a new one, the concentrated shot (which launches a lot of tnts to a single block).

The majority of the payloads (like the nuke or stab) have fixed coords or mobile types, stasises have fixed user or portable.
