Overview
BBL Casting Tools is an addon to casting that adds tool modification. Supports most tools by default allowing you to customize almost any tool or armor that you want.
Modifier
The Modifier is the heart of Casting Tools and is used to add modifiers like fortune, silk touch and more to your tools! All modifiers have JEI support explaining what each one does as well as how to apply.
Pack Devs
Almost every part of a modifier can be customized to work how you want them to work. You can change the power level, applicable tools, invalid modifiers and much more.

先用 PCL2 或 HMCL 启动器安装对应版本的 NeoForge，再把下载的 .jar 文件放进游戏目录的 mods 文件夹，重新启动游戏即可。开启了版本隔离的，mods 文件夹在 versions/版本名 下面。
