Basic Camera Shaking for Java (BCSFJ)

Like the summary says, this mod is supposed to add in the /camerashake command! And like the name implies, makes your camera actually shake, but unlike Bedrock’s camerashake command, it’s somewhat smoother. I originally made it for my creative map for me and a couple friends, but realized, if I’m making a mod, I might as well publish it.
