Babel – Lore Books Loot

A customisable data pack for lore books

Babel Book Loot adds over 160 pre-written lore books from a variety of “in-universe” authors to Minecraft. Books are can be fished up with a fishing rod, or found in villages, stronghold libraries and woodland mansions in chests. If you are hero of the village, librarians throw a guaranteed copyable book.

You will also be able to find a new randomly generating structures, Lost Libraries which have book-related loot!

You can customise the library by adding your own books. For more information on how to customise the books in the pack to your liking, see the project homepage.

You can also customise where the books can be found (including dropped by zombies if killed by a player) and integrate the loot in to your own datapacks and mods.
