Ars Source Quarry

I wanted an appropriately-themed quarry to go with a magic-themed mopack, so here it is.

This mod adds two items: a Source Quarry and a Ley Marker.

The boundary of the area to be mined is set with two markers at opposite corners, and the quarry has to be placed within 32 blocks of one of the markers to work. The boundary can be seen while holding a ley marker, while holding a dominion wand, or when it’s manually set using the option in the quarry’s GUI.

The quarry has its own GUI with several standard settings, like redstone activation and tag filters, but it also has slots where glyphs can be inserted to modify the quarry’s function, the same way those glyphs modify spells.

The quarry is powered using Source. It will pull Source from nearby containers (jars or sophisticated storage using the source storage addon), or it can be pumped in through relays.

The quarry will output mined blocks into adjacent containers, and it’ll output liquids into adjacent fluid containers if any are available. The quarry REQUIRES a container to function, and won’t run without somewhere to put what it mines.
