Reduced Paralysis: Lowers the chance of being fully paralyzed from 25% to 12.5%, while keeping the Speed reduction unchanged.

Three-Turn Freeze Limit: Frozen Pokémon retain a 25% chance to thaw naturally, but are guaranteed to thaw by their third eligible turn. Existing Fire-type move interactions can still thaw them immediately.

Extended Rest Sleep: Rest continues to fully restore HP, but now puts the Pokémon to sleep for three turns instead of two
