Akuma no Mi

This is an addon to Mine mine no mi that adds a TON to the world government faction from vanilla marine -> agent progression to potentially being able to be a celestial dragon. New armor, weapons, traits and the most powerful of devil fruits.

This Mod Adds the following to Mine Mine no mi:
– Tons of new world government NPC’s like cipher pol and CP0 agents alongside NT variants that can use devil fruits if configured
– Survival friendly marine -> agent progression and trait progression based celestial dragonship. survival friendly agent -> celestial dragon+ progression WIP and TBD
– Survival friendly Warlord rank for pirates, configurable bounty range and seats.
– New Weapons and Armor
– New devil fruits based on Imu and the Gorosei (Creative only at the moment)
– fleshed out covenant and pact system
