Agony

Agony is a content mod which adds around 213 items, 17 mobs, 28 advancements, and 12 structures. This mod focuses on adding various survival aspects and features to make the game both more realistic and more difficult. This mod also heavily expands on world generation with various new structures and features added, such as ruins, underwater geysers, barnacles, algae, new trees, mold infections, and a lot more.

You can manage some aspects about the mod using gamerules. Despite this, all features of the mod will work in all difficulties. This mod might not work with some mods, but as long as the mod doesn’t change any vanilla recipes or loot tables, the mod would work with them. Multiplayer has not yet been tested for this mod either.
