The Problem

Aero Islands ships data/minecraft/dimension/overworld.json inside its JAR, which replaces the overworld generator for all world types – including Superflat, Amplified, and Single Biome. This means you can never create anything other than a normal world while the mod is installed.

The Fix

Aero Fix uses a single mixin to intercept resource loading and remove the overworld dimension override at runtime. This restores vanilla world type selection without modifying any mod files.

• Superflat, Amplified, Large Biomes, Single Biome – all work again
• Aero Islands’ blocks, items, and textures remain fully functional
• No registry changes, no network impact – safe as a client-only mod
• Works alongside a KubeJS datapack to also neutralize Lithostitched biome modifiers and restore vanilla noise settings
