This datapack changes Zygarde’s Power Construct ability in Cobblemon.
## Features
– When Zygarde reaches the HP threshold required for Power Construct, it transforms into Zygarde Complete Forme.
– Zygarde is fully healed to 100% HP when the transformation occurs.
– The transformation keeps Zygarde compatible with Zamega.
– Zygarde can still Mega Evolve after transforming into its Complete Forme.
