Vein Ore Miner is a datapack designed for Minecraft Java Edition 1.20.1 with Forge. Hold Shift while mining an ore to mine connected ore blocks and make resource gathering faster and more convenient.

📥 Installation

1. Download the ZIP file.

2. Place it inside your world’s “datapacks” folder.

3. Run “/reload” or restart the server.

4. Check that the datapack is enabled using “/datapack list”.

5. Hold Shift while mining an ore to try vein mining.

For a server, install the datapack in the “datapacks” folder of the server’s world.

⚠️ Notes

Modded ore compatibility depends on whether the mod registers its ore blocks in “#forge:ores”.

This datapack is intended for Minecraft Java Edition 1.20.1 with Forge. Other versions have not been confirmed.
