Starter Pikachu & Eevee

Adds the Starter forms for both Pikachu and Eevee from the Let’s Go games to Cobblemon. They are available from the starter menu under the Let’s Go tab.

Both Pikachu-Starter and Eevee-Starter have increased stats, and can’t evolve or breed compared to their normal counterparts.

Uses vanilla cobblemon models, so its just a datapack, does not require any resource pack.

NOTE: In order to keep the original starters available in the starter menu you have to set “useConfigStarters” to “true” in the starters.json config file that is generated from the “exportSpawnConfig” setting
