A small customisable datapack that displays health on tablist and above the player.

Health Indicators
Once you load in, your health will be displayed on tablist and above your head.
To remove the tablist indicator, run _/scoreboard objectives setdisplay list_.
To remove the below name indicator, run _/scoreboard objectives setdisplay below_name_.
If you have any problems with the datapack or want to reset the indicators, run _/function #minecraft:load_.
