This Datapack is perfect for you. It increases the difficulty in a vanilla way, without any additional settings.

It also introduces three new ways to receive passive but regulated _healing._

You’ll heal a little when you sit down on the _cushions_ of the _new version!_

You’ll also receive different amounts of _healing_ while sleeping—once per night per bed type.

This applies to beds, as well as the _straw beds_ in the _new version!_ Each has its own _healing_ level.
