Radical Gyms into Villages [cobblemon]

This pack adds the Kanto gyms from Radical gyms to villages.

It makes 4 changes:

1. Changes the village spawn order so they always start with a gym and build from there.
2. Removes the 2nd healing machine from behind the counter and shifts the pc closer
3. Spawns 2 villagers behind the counter.
4. Changes the gym leader spawning from using command blocks to the trainer spawner from Radical Cobblemon Trainers.

To disable the natural spawning gyms outside of villages as well, check the config for Radical gyms, this only adds them to villages.
