Just Enough Arrows

JEA Adds multiple balanced recipes for Arrows from various materials, and one additional Flint recipe to make grinding Flint for Arrows less tedious.
Now there’s a system for easier balancing called _Arrow Value_, depending on what materials you use to make arrows, the more or less you craft:

The base _Arrow Value_ is 4.

Now you can use different materials for crafting arrows:

Fletchings:

• _Feather (+0 Arrow Value)_
• _Paper (-1 Arrow Value)_
• _String (-2 Arrow Value)_

Shafts:

• _Bone (+1 Arrow Value)_
• _Stick (+0 Arrow Value)_

New Flint Recipe:

• 4 gravel makes 3 flint, grinding Flint by hand still can be more effective!
