Charcoal to Dye

This datapack does one thing only: Allows you to craft black dye from charcoal.

Charcoal was the main method of dying cloth black for the majority of human history, it makes sense that you would have this option in MInecraft too.

This was created for one of my personal modpacks. I dislike the spawning parameters for squid and have them disabled, and didn’t want to rely on wither rose as my only source of black dye.
