Equivalent Mastery Client

This is the client version of equivalent mastery. Using the help of AI I recreated what feels like an authentic McMMO and ProjectE modpack for singleplayer.

Based on 2 of my favorite mods, and seeing as neither has a current version, I used the help of AI to port over ProjectE and McMMO into Neoforge 26.3. I used their ideas, but none of their code, none of their textures. It's still a work in progress.
