In order to noclip, crouch on the block.
Craft a wallpaper block with an ender pearl, 1 yellow concrete, and 4 amethyst shards. Noclip into it. IT IS NOT A PORTAL BLOCK. Suffocating in sand will not take you to the desired destination. Unless your goal wasn’t the rooms at all.
