Kills Grant Strength

Killing a player grants the Strength 1 effect permanently\
Killing another player grants strength 2\
And again for strength 3

Dying to a player will make you lose one level of strength\
if you dont have any strength levels and die, you get weakness 1

/trigger ResetStrengthLevels will reset everyone back to 0 strength levels.
