Allow players to craft Mob Spawners in Survival. Inspired by the craftable Mob Spawners in Origin Realms.

This mod adds:
- Soul Stealing Enchantment – A weapon enchantment that allows mob souls to drop on kill.
- Spawner Fragments – Dropped by breaking Mob Spawners, increased drops with Fortune.
- Inactive Spawner – Crafted with 8 Spawner Fragments, use a Mob Soul on it to activate.
- Spawner Silencer – Crafted with 8 Spawner Fragments and a Totem, holding it stops spawners from activating.
