Adds Dio from JoJo’s Bizzare Adventure and is balanced enought for you to use it in multiplayer too

Ability

• _Regen_ – Heal some lost hp without any downsides.
• _Time Step_ – travel 16 blocks in any direction, and get a little weaker after use.
• _Time Stop_ – stop every entity in a 50 blocks radius just like in the anime for 9 seconds.

Pros +

• _LifeSteal_ – steal hp when dealing damage.
• _Vampire_ – Stronger at night or dark places.
• _Stand_ – Projectiles can hit you.

Middle

• Carnivore – can only eat meat.

Cons

• _Wood hurts_ – +6 damage taken from wood weapons.
• _Burns_ – Take +2 damage from fire and lava.
• _Allergic to water_ – Start melting when in water or rain.
• _Sun weakness_ – weaker in the sun light.
• _Feared_ – Villagers are scared of you, iron golems also agro.
