Keybindable scrolling, keybinds to mimic scrolling, and horizontal scrolling compatibility!

Allows scrolling to be bound to actions, and creates keybinds that mimic scrolling behavior. Whether or not those binds work for whatever you bind your scroll to is up to you.
Adds a callback for scrolling, allowing for horizontal scrolling, as well as cancelling out of scrolling during gameplay. Yes, Architectury API does this too, but this one is just for scrolling stuff. So it’s pretty lightweight.
Unfortunately, I don’t know how to set up a Maven repository yet, so just use the Modrinth Maven.

Eva’s Scroll Tweaks 怎么安装？
先用 PCL2 或 HMCL 启动器安装对应版本的 Fabric，再把下载的 .jar 文件放进游戏目录的 mods 文件夹，重新启动游戏即可。开启了版本隔离的，mods 文件夹在 versions/版本名 下面。运行环境：仅客户端。
