Obscura RPG (Sounds)

Obscura RPG (Sounds) contains all sounds, music, music discs and dances for the Obscura RPG mod. It is one of the four parts of Obscura RPG and is required by Obscura RPG (Core).

WHAT IS INSIDE

• 85 custom sound events for creatures, bosses, blocks and events

• Custom boss music and Halloween world music

• 5 custom music discs you can play in any jukebox

• 3 dance emotes with their own music, so you can dance together with your friends

CREATURES AND BOSSES YOU CAN HEAR

• Goblins giggle, snore, yawn and shout war cries – Goblin Brutes grunt, Goblin Warriors raise their shields

• The Goblin King laughs, roars, chews, burps and blows his war horn, with his own boss music

• The Cave Lurker crawls, clicks, knocks and screeches in the dark caves

• The Pale Stalker whispers, breathes and snaps twigs behind you before it screams

• Rotten Giants slam the ground and Rotten Guards growl when they spot you

• Halloween bosses like Count Baky, Frankenstein and Morgana each have their own voice, attacks and music

BLOCKS AND WORLD

• Crystal blocks (Frostor and Obscurite) have their own sounds when placed, broken and walked on

• Bubbling witch cauldrons, moving portcullis gates, the Disenchanter and portal jumps

• Victory and blood effects during Halloween events

HOW IT AFFECTS YOUR GAME

Without this part, Obscura creatures, bosses and blocks would be silent. With it, you can hear danger coming before you see it: a whisper behind you, a screech in the cave, a war horn in the distance. Boss fights get their own music, and music discs and dances bring life to your base and to the server.

This part does not replace any vanilla Minecraft sounds or music.

INSTALLATION

You need all four parts of Obscura RPG in your mods folder:

• Obscura RPG (Core)

• Obscura RPG (Sounds)

• Obscura RPG (Textures)

• Obscura RPG (Models)

The easiest way is the Obscura RPG modpack, which contains everything ready to play.
