Fixes a world-generation error that can occur when an Applied Energistics 2 meteorite requests biome data before a nearby chunk is ready.

I made this patch for DREADHOLLOW after a new world repeatedly stopped loading at 38%. During spawn preparation, an Applied Energistics 2 meteorite tried to read biome data from a nearby chunk before that data was ready. The game log reported “Asking for biomes before we have biomes.”
When that specific error occurs, the patch gets the biome directly from the world generator so meteorite generation can continue. It’s an unofficial compatibility fix for Applied Energistics 2 version 15.4.12 on Minecraft 1.20.1 with Forge.
