Installation

Download the .zip pack file.
Launch Minecraft and head to Options > Resource Packs.
Select Open Pack Folder.
Drop the downloaded .zip file into the folder.
Move MiniX Crosshairs over to the Selected column on the right and click Done.

Compatibility

Format: Standard Minecraft Resource Pack (Java Edition)
