Power Advantage Revived

Build a workshop where belts carry the goods, filters send them to the right place, and pipes keep the machines supplied. Power Advantage Revived is a rewrite of DrCyano’s Power Advantage for Minecraft 1.21.1 on NeoForge. It works on its own for item and fluid logistics and provides the foundation for Steam Advantage 3 and Electric Advantage 3.

What it adds

• Conveyors and filters. Move items between inventories, sort them by category or by samples you put in a filter, and route excess items down an overflow line.
• Fluid plumbing. Collect source fluids with a drain, send them through pipes into storage tanks, and use a redstone-controlled valve to shut off a line. Use an extraction terminal to pull fluid from a neighboring tank or machine.
• Oil and bioplastic. Find crude oil deposits placed by MMD OreSpawn and refine the oil in a distillery. Crush potatoes into starch with an MMDLib-compatible crusher, then smelt the starch into bioplastic.
• Power converters. Connect steam or Advantage electricity to machines that use Forge Energy (FE) through their respective transformers.

Getting started

Try a conveyor between two chests, or craft fluid pipes from iron or copper and build a drain-to-tank line. Recipes that call for steel need a mod or data pack that supplies the relevant material tags. Pack makers can change recipes through data packs and enable the built-in Bioplastic as Rubber pack when their recipes need it.

Requirements and world compatibility

• Minecraft 1.21.1 with NeoForge. The project builds against NeoForge 21.1.265.
• MMDLib 2.0 for NeoForge.
• MMD OreSpawn 4.1 or later for NeoForge 1.21.1.

Start a new world. This is not a drop-in upgrade from Power Advantage 2.x or a replacement for basePower in an existing world. Use the matching Advantage 3 expansions with it.
